Organised by the mental health charities Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, Time to Talk Day is
held in February every year. In 2026, the event falls on February 5 th.
Time to Talk Day encourages everyone to have open conversations about their mental health, to
be a listening ear to those around them, and to encourage everyone to show up for one another
when we need it most.
At Fresh Digital, we are passionate advocates for mental health support — in honour of Time to
Talk Day, we have collected some vital resources for you to use, share, and save for later:

department.
If you or someone around you needs urgent support during a mental health crisis, you can call
the NHS 111 service. If you select Option 2, you will be able to access a 24/7 helpline offering
urgent mental health support.
